Who benefits from FST?
FST is perfect for anyone feeling stiff, tight, or limited in their movement — whether you're an athlete, active adult, or someone who sits at a desk all day. It helps improve flexibility, reduce pain, increase range of motion, and support recovery.

Why book FST?
If you’ve tried stretching on your own and still feel tight, or if traditional treatments haven’t addressed the “whole body” feeling of restriction, FST can help. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more mobile, and more connected to your body — without feeling sore or overworked.
